We had a great time this Halloween! We dressed up as Hawaiian Hula Girls and went to the ward Trunk-or-Treat earlier in the month. It so happened that it was the same night as the Notre Dame/BYU game, so Nathan and Tyler went to that with Chaid Bingham and the McIntires. Just the girls and I went to the church party and we looked so awesome that we won the award for the Best Family Costume! Too bad I don't have any pictures of that night. On Halloween it was so cold that these same costumes were tricky to make work. The girls had to wear so many layers under them that they ended up looking like sumo wrestlers or something! Tyler did go trick or treating with the girls around the neighborhood, but had to resort to wearing the banana suit this year. I was so happy that Nathan felt well enough to take the kids out for a while. They had lots of fun together and got plenty of candy.
