Samantha turned 6 this month. She really wanted a "Tangled" birthday party. Since every girl needs at least one princess party before she outgrows this phase, we went with it. My wonderful sister made all the decorations and gave me the ideas for everything else since she had already done a party for her daughter with the same theme. Thanks Linds!!!
I think the kids all had a great time. We made Pascal party blowers, played pin the pan on Flynn, and all sorts of fun things. The cake was fun to make as it was just donuts stacked up on a dowel with a muffin and upside down ice cream cone for a tower. I guess I didn't follow the instructions very well though. Once the cake settled overnight, the donuts smashed into each other and separated from the tower part. Cake donuts not glazed ones. Oh well. I get an A for effort, right? The important thing is that Samantha and her guests all enjoyed the festivities.
