We also got brave and went camping as a family. Of course it was kind of cheating since another family was in charge of the food and all we had to do was share the cost and pitch in with a few chores.

More Summer 2012
This is not necessarily in the correct order, but I forgot to mention a few other important things that happened this summer. Lila Grace turned 2 on June 5th and requested cupcakes for her birthday. All she really wanted was a baby doll and that alone gave her hours of delight. She named her baby "Emily" and took great care of her from the start. She was also thrilled to receive new white sandals and some bubbles. That girl is so wonderful and brings so much joy to our family!
We also got brave and went camping as a family. Of course it was kind of cheating since another family was in charge of the food and all we had to do was share the cost and pitch in with a few chores.
Anyway, the kids all had a great time. Nathan was not feeling well at all so hopefully we can go again in the future when he feels better.
