Samantha Learns to Ride a Bike

Samantha wanted to learn to ride her bike with no training wheels last summer and fall.  Because of Daddy's surgery, we just didn't work with her much.  But suddenly this spring, when it was still pretty chilly outside, this girl had waited long enough.  We went out after dinner to practice and with just a little instruction and confidence boosting, she got the hang of it.  Everyone came outside to cheer her on.  She is very proud of her new skill and loves to go out and ride bikes with Audrey after school.  Samantha has had a rough year but has made great improvements.  She is very determined, intelligent, caring, and sweet.  She loves music and is taking a hip hop dance class.  Sammie is always dancing and singing around the house.  She also started piano lessons with Auntie Heather.  Samantha gets all 4s in 2nd grade (the same as A's) and sets a good example for her classmates.  We are so proud of our Sammie girl!
